Im April diesen Jahres hat das EU Parlament über die Richtlinie zum Urheberrecht im digitalen Binnenmarkt positiv abgestimmt. Aktuell liegen zahlreiche Stellungnahmen der Kreativwirtschaft, von Datenschützer*innen und Verbänden vor. Diese Session gibt einen Überblick über den aktuellen Stand der Umsetzung der Direktive in nationales Recht und zeigt verschiedene Perspektiven zum Thema Copyright Law in Deutschland.
