Music Changemakers - the Initiatives

Diversity and gender equality is finally being discussed in the music industry, but is actual change happening - and is it fast enough? We've pulled together the people making a difference through various initiatives aimed at creating a better gender space, and building foundations for young professionals to succeed and grow in a fair environment. They'll be answering the tough questions, discussing the results of their work - and asking, "Are we there yet?"
