Lucy Larbi is a future thinker and advisor for medium-sized and large-scale German enterprises that are engaged with the digital transformation. Network instead of stiff hierarchical organization structures, collaboration instead authority, leadership instead of micro-management, reactivity instead of following a long-term operational plan - that is the new way forward. Having worked as an analyst at the United Nations and currently working as a management consultant for digital transformations at Borisgloger Consulting, Lucy has proven records in both working worlds and is happy to say that she has fallen for the "New" way of working - agile, purpose driven and iterative.
Lucy is also Regional Manager of Future of Ghana Germany - a diaspora organization with the aim to diversify Germany's economy with the presence of afro-German professionals.
